About 4308.tech
We exist so allies' defence tech ships with Ukrainian frontline reality in it.
4308.tech is the operational arm of R4. We run product validation in the only place where the answers are real, alongside the units that fight. The work has three motivations, and the visitor funds all three.

Strengthen allies' defence
Western and adjacent-aligned defence tech ships better when it carries Ukrainian battlefield reality. We close that loop.

Improve our combat efficiency
Government and private-sector funding routes high-quality systems through validation and into the units that need them.

Additional financing to the units
Engagement revenue flows back to the brigades doing the validation work. Buying our service funds the operators who run it.
Units involved.
Testing, validation, field documentation and combat reporting are run by operators inside these units. No paid consultants between the product and the people who use it.
